"We had booked for 2 beds. On day of arrival, they switched us to 1 bed only. Had to argue to get them changed. Rooms were not clean. No towel. Got charged 1 day extra."

"We ranted 3 apartments Place not clean well, also the staff was Unprofessional!!! Any things requested from reception can not provide. - I contacted them 2 days before check in date to have all three apartments close from each other, they confirmed this request in last day than suddenly once we reached to hotel they change them !!! There was Egyptian guy in reception with zero customer service experience, I asked him to provide more keys for the apartment since we are 6 person, his reply...
