"Great and quiet place"

"We made a good choice to stay here. The hotel is centrally located in the historic part of town near all the shops and restaurants. It was very easy to walk around the town and see all the interesting museums and palaces. We had a long international flight which meant we arrived at the hotel very early after little sleep overnight and luckily we were able to check in to our room straight away which was much appreciated. The breakfast was good with lovely fresh fruit, roll and cake available. We enjoyed our stay here very much "

"Neighborhood is not bad"

"The workers woke me up out of my sleep just to replace a broken key. It could’ve waited until I got up. This caused me to be extremely tired for an event I was trying to get rest for. Very unprofessional. Other than that everything in the room is either old or broken, the breakfast sucks, and the location is far from everything. The beach in question is a man made sewage dump. I think this entire hotel needs new management and a renovation "

We feel alike staying in between amazing nature and historical castle. Also thanks for Juliana being such friendly and super nice. "Good stay overall, staff were super friendly. The building really needs a renovation, a lot of water damage around, the floor in our room was buckling. Door handle to the bathroom fell off but that was because the bolt needed to be tightened as it was an extremely old door handle. Breakfast was decent. They just need to send a handyman around to each room and go over everything to make sure it’s in working order. Also a coat of paint would go a long way to making the place look better. "

"We enjoyed this modern hotel in the city center with all the modern amenities and furniture. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was convenient and generous. We also appreciated it’s location as it was walking distance to all of the attractions we wanted to visit in Petropolis. I would suggest to request a room in the upper floors or a room facing away from the street due to some noise from the traffic. We would definitely recommend staying here."
