Bom custo benefício, local simples, mas silencioso, funcionários atenciosos e muito educados. Destaque para menina que nos recebeu. Na mesma rua do centro, cerca de 1 km até lá. Próximo da rodoviária o que facilita o deslocamento

Infelizmente fomos colocados num quarto de frete para a rua, a janela de alumínio não fechava completamente, não dormimos a noite direito devido ao barulho de motos, carros e pessoas passando a madrugada toda. Outra coisa é a porta do banheiro nao tinha fechadura, e tinha um buraco aberto em cima, o que não permitiu a privacidade na hora de fazermos as nossas necessidades.

Boa localização.
Localização incrível. Funcionários gentis e prestativos. O prédio é antigo, contudo, portanto, deixa a desejar em alguns pontos (exemplo: box do banheiro minúsculo, chuveiro que precisa de uma limpeza, pois cai pouca água). O café pago a parte é mediano (não tem suco natural de laranja, por exemplo). Quartos com cama comum, roupa de cama desgastada, sem frigobar, elevador ou ar-condicionado. Wifi não pega no 3o andar. Enfim, eu diria que não é bem um hotel, e sim uma pousada simples. Mas pelo preço e a localização, o indicaria e voltaria ctza, sem problemas!

Gostei do hotel no geral mas falta mais atenção no Wi-Fi e na tv. Sobre o café da manhã não posso opinar pois não optei por ele (opcional, R$15).

A acomodação é bem honesta, o preço é ótimo então não tem luxo. Os funcionários são ótimos, uns amores.. os quartos são bons, bem arrumados. Recomendo!

Quarto 02 em estado precário, infelizmente...
Cortina pequena não mantém o quarto escuro (quarto 02), café caro para o que é oferecido, mobília em estado precário, parede com partes na massa sem pintura, lençol nunca fica preso no colchão, janela do quarto de frente para área de serviço com passagem de estranhos pelo local o tempo todo e a janela que dá para esse local não oferece segurança alguma, fecho minúsculo facilmente violável.

Preço justo e estadia confortável
Passei um fim de semana com meu marido na estadia e gostamos bastante. Quarto bem limpo e arrumado, com uma arara móvel para roupas, televisão, wi-fi e um banheiro simples. Também há um ventilador no quarto, mas sem necessidade de uso pois estava bem frio. O café da manhã não é incluso, pagamos uma taxa extra de 15 reais para cada um. Sem muita variedade mas tudo estava muito gostoso, valeu a pena demais, haviam sucos, bolos, pães e uma máquina de café, além um sanduicheira e uma torradeira no local. Uma única observação é que estava muito frio e o chuveiro demorou muito para esquentar, em todas as vezes que fomos tomar banho. Mas tirando isso, a estadia foi confortável. Fomos bem recebidos pela equipe, além de ser o melhor custo-benefício de Petrópolis!

Muito fraquinho, somente para dormir mesmo! Não tem nem um frigobar! O café da manhã é bem simples mesmo, os dois sucos eram artificiais, somente banana de fruta e as coisas estavam frias nós dois dias que fiquei lá.
