"Good stay overall, staff were super friendly. The building really needs a renovation, a lot of water damage around, the floor in our room was buckling. Door handle to the bathroom fell off but that was because the bolt needed to be tightened as it was an extremely old door handle. Breakfast was decent. They just need to send a handyman around to each room and go over everything to make sure it’s in working order. Also a coat of paint would go a long way to making the place look better. "

"We enjoyed this modern hotel in the city center with all the modern amenities and furniture. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was convenient and generous. We also appreciated it’s location as it was walking distance to all of the attractions we wanted to visit in Petropolis. I would suggest to request a room in the upper floors or a room facing away from the street due to some noise from the traffic. We would definitely recommend staying here."
