Such a unique, beautiful, peaceful place with superior guest services. Very cute “tea time” served at 5pm and the most glorious breakfast. Great gym, sauna, hot tubs, pool. Once of the best hotels I’ve stayed; I’ll be back!

Simplesmente vá.
Em média, faço 90 noites de hotel por ano. Por isso, consigo ter um bom parâmetro na hora de perceber o que é bom de verdade. Toda a área do hotel é super bem cuidada, limpa, livre de qualquer cheiro e repleta de pessoas com vontade de fazer um ótimo trabalho, e deixar seu momento melhor. Vale notar o serviço fora da curva da Rose, o serviço de reserva da Helô, a disponibilidade do Adão para resolução de questões na estadia e toda a equipe de restaurante e suporte. Você vai ser bem tratado na Locamda, e isso é um fato. Eles têm muitas opções de quartos, e como fiquei na categoria mais alta, não posso opinar sobre os quartos padrões. Portanto, vale olhar com calma a diferença entre um quarto e outro e evitar os que ficam do lado da rodovia por conta do barulho intenso. A comida do restaurante é ótima, a seleção de vinhos, de altíssimo nível, café da manhã bom, mas não maravilhoso,’com bastante a ser melhorado. E a presença mais ilustre do hotel é o gato Blade, que aparece quando ele quer no átrio comum e arrasa com sua personalidade. Se está em dúvida se vale ou não os valores cobrados, a resposta é : vale. Pode ir na fé.

A hospedagem em geral ficou um pouco abaixo das expectativas. Entendo que a proposta do local seja de uma hospedagem de alto padrão, mas deixa a desejar em alguns aspectos. O atendimento de todos os funcionários foi muito simpático, educado e cordial. É o ponto alto da hospedagem. Cafe da manhã e chá da tarde são satisfatórios. Produtos de qualidade, embora nem sempre conservados na temperatura adequada. Foi oferecudo um degustacao de vinhos e outra de espemantes, que foi uma experiência interessante para conhecer a cave da pousada. Outros critérios merecem atenção: quarto barulhento, dava para ouvir as conversas do quarto ao lado, móveis sendo movidos, etc e muito barulho da rodovia. Regulagem do jato do chuveiro muito ruim. Vazamento/infiltração nas instalações do sanitário. As capas de travesseiros, almofadas e pezeira decorativas da cama com aspecto ruim e manchadas, dando a impressão de sujo. Não tem smart TV, o que limita a TV a poucos canais de filmes dublados. Na parte externa somente utilizamos a jacuzzi, nos quais há poucos jatos em funcionamento. Parece mais uma banheira que uma hidromassagem. O ponto mais negativo da pousada é o restaurante. Muito over priced. A comida é ok, nada além. Mas cobram mais caro que restaurantes renomandos em grandes capitais como Rio e São Paulo. Pedi um osso buco que não tinha nem tutano de tão pequeno. E o angus veio com o ponto errado. Foi trocado, mas uma carne de 200 reais não pode ser servida no ponto errado.
