Hiding Gem Hotel in Brazil , Beautiful Historical Hotel with well trained staff. Specially thanks for property manager Roberta who gave us superb hospitality experience, Each suit has own design. We feel alike staying in between amazing nature and historical castle. Also thanks for Juliana being such friendly and super nice. Quarto excelente de otimo tamanho, camas e travesseiros bons, banheiro bom. O ruim do hotel é o seu restaurante, tudo banhado em óleo, ficamos frustados pois escolhemos o hotel por ter tudo mas a cozinha deixou muito a desejar. O que pareceu que a cozinha nao tinha nenhum cuidado. Pra se ter ideia eu gastei todo o guardanapo na mesa para secar pastel e bolinhas de queijo. Literalmente banhada no oleo.

Ótima experiência.
Experiência diferente. Os corredores do castelo são muito bonitos, assim como todo o restante. Como hoteleiro, se percebe alguns erros dentro do quarto, mas tentando acertar. Banheira grande demais, gerando um desperdício de água, ar condicionado em cima da cabeça do hóspede (ou você congela ou derrete). O restaurante não é convidativo, nada temático destoa completamente do restante do castelo. Precisaria ou terceirizar para alguma empresa com caixa para fazer de fato uma taberna ou o hotel investir nisso. Mas de restante, tudo perfeito. Atendimento bom, jardim organizado, café da manhã bom também, localização boa, roupas de cama e toalhas de banho de boa qualidade também.

Festas no local até tarde com hóspedes bêbados
Achamos o quarto confortável.O desconfortável foi ter duas noites com festa de formatura onde havia muito barulho e na última noite hóspedes batendo na porta forte no corredor as 4h da manhã,falando alto e bêbados. Impossível dormir,principalmente, com criança pequena como nosso caso (4 anos). Ainda teve briga na saída da festa da qual dava para ouvir tudo que estava acontecendo de confusão no estacionamento altas horas da noite.

Muito boa,amei as dependências do hotel. A unica coisa chata é que tinha uma festa e isso impediu que tivesse uma boa noite de sono, talvez um isolamento acústico melhor resolva esta situação, as instalações sao lindas. Amei, voletarei com certeza.

PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA, A PIOR DA MINHA VIDA
Péssima estadias! Que arrependimento! O local estava recebendo eventos, até aí tudo bem, porém ficaram com som alto até mais de 04 horas da manhã. Os hóspedes do hotel que lutem né? Pagar quase 900 reis numa diária pra ter 0 conforto, não desejo isso nem pro meu pior inimigo. Quem planejar se hospedar aí, procurem outras opções na cidade, garanto que até um hostel é melhor.

Confira de o Hotel está totalmente funcionando
A área de visitação do Castelo estava fechada para eventos programados, área de piscina externa também fechada para eventos. Enfim, boa parte do lazer de um Hotel com esta proposta, fica inútil a estadia. De resto longe de tudo. Muito frustante minha estadia.

Bem abaixo da expectativa. Diária não vale o que custa. Chuveiro ruim, cafe da manha com poucas opcoes, restaurante nao funciona ate tarde. Ar condicionado do quarto nao ligava, tive que chamar a manutenção. Esqueceram de por toalha de rosto e piso de banheiro. Elevador pequeno, unico e demorado. Toalha de piscina horrivel. Hidromassagem, sem cobertra, ao ar livre, ou muito frio , ou muito calor. Piscina com agua muito quente, mesmo no calor.
