O local é incrível e a recepção foi extremamente acolhedora e aconchegante. Único porém (que não desabona em nada) foi o ventilador de teto do quarto que ficamos, que não estava legal, mas foi prontamente resolvido pelo Luiz, que é muito solícito e excelente pessoa! Voltaria e recomendo com certeza! Excelente estadia!

O local é excelente, muito bonito, contato com a natureza na medida certa, tudo muito limpo, a localização apesar de nao ser no centro é muito boa e atende bem quem está de carro. O atendimento superou todas as expectativas com todos os funcionários muito solícitos e amigáveis, e resolvendo prontamente tudo que precisamos com muito boa vontade. So tenho 2 coisas a sugerir que incomodaram um pouco: 1. Falta um espelho grande no quarto que ficamos, so tem o do banheiro que é muito alto (as mulheres precisam de um espelho para ver melhor o corpo todo). 2. Faltou um telefone no quarto, e eu tive que ir algumas vezes pessoalmente ate a recepção para perguntar algo ou resolver algo (foi resolvido parcialmente porque o contato via whatsapp também funcionou perfeitamente)...

Pousada linda com boa localização
Pousada linda. Casa com decoração clássica, quarto amplo. Café da manhã muito bom e fresco. Grande área verde e uma piscina enorme. Pra mim faltam alguns cuidados com a área externa, vi muitas teias de aranha e piscina com bastante sujeira. Fora isso, uma estadia bem agradável! Localização bem central em Itaipava!

Creio que a natureza ao entorno e a gentileza da recepção (que nos deu um upgrade de quarto, inclusive), sejam os pontos altos da experiência. O quarto, embora espaçoso, respeita a proposta do local como um todo - bastante antigo. Creio que não seja fácil a preservação de uma casa dessa idade nas condições originais mas ficou a sensação de que poderia estar um pouco melhor. Em época de copa do mundo a qualidade da TV com bastante chiado e imagem trêmula foi bem relevante…e a ausência de sinal de internet no quarto também não ajudou. Para meu gosto o colchão é um pouco mole demais mas para uma noite não foi um problema. Já um casal que mora na lá e não ficou claro se eram proprietários, se não eram. Meio estranho termos apenas nós e eles por lá. Enfim, a sensação é que o local é bastante informal e sem muita organização, apesar do rapaz da recepção e a moça do café da manhã serem super gentis.
