"Beautiful home. Nice bbq grill as well. I had to get the gas filled for the grill. Enjoyed our stay however, the house wasnt clean to standards. I felt like for the price I paid for the house it should have been better. Advertising a heated pool but, u have to pay extra for it to he heated. So, the hot tub isnt a hot tub its more like a kiddie pool. The sides of the stove were caked with old food and debri. During our stay 4 roaches crawled out of the dishwasher. "The house was very cozy and it was good for what I needed it was very close to the beaches we went to and that was a plus. I did feel the Ac will shut off at night so it got hot a bit,cause I guess it was on Auto.bathrooms nice, the one bathroom beautiful but the shower was a bit to small, we are not small people,so floor was getting wet daily and we had to use extra towels and the mop constantly. "This is a great place for a visit to Sarasota. Within 20 minutes to the beach, pool is great for the days that are not at the beach, and close to all the attractions. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the house was fully stocked and left us not wanting or needing anything at all :)"

"The home itself was clean and decently stocked. We loved the spacious outdoor seating area by the pool that is shaded. We utilized that area the most. The beach equipment was perfect for us for hauling all of our beach gear in the beach wagon. The beds are all FIRM. What we didn't like was the amount of cameras posted on the front and the back of the home (We counted 8 in total). It made us feel a bit uneasy and wondered if there were cameras inside as well. "The house is in a good location. Quiet neighborhood, close to shopping, and a short drive to the beach. The hosts though of everything you may need for your stay. Easy check in and check out. Good communication with the host."

"We really enjoyed our stay as it was close to the beach’s and shops and best of all walking/biking trail. The real problem were the showers with water going all over the floor. The drain was clogged and my husband cleaned it out. We feel there should be a lip on floor that contains the water to shower area.Overall it was very comfortable. "
