"Property was fantastic just if you want to eat outside of hotel, nothing much is easily in walking distance. I rented a bike and rode to Sarasota a few times but sometimes it would have been nice to have more options closer. However the beach and pool were a fabulous set up and worth the inconvenience to me. Hotel room and amenities were amazing as well "

The only thing our family would have liked was the ability to lower the AC unit past the point the thermostat allowed us to at night. The air cools and it's great in the family room and dining area but the two rooms do not cool the same and it was not comfortable for sleeping. "This was an emergency trip that was booked at the last minute on New Year’s Eve for a stay starting the next day. We did have some communication issues to begin with, but the owner was out of town and this was a very short turnaround. Once we got connected, things went smoothly. We did have a couple maintenance issues during our stay that were addressed quickly. The location was perfect as it put us very close to an ill family member."

There was an innocent mistake in our booking dates but the owner compensated us with a night's stay at another location at his expense. Highly recommend the area, condo & facility.
