"I grew up in this area and passed this location often and never considered it. When visiting, I thought I would. There are two things that make this area -- 1) The location -- if you want to get to a lot of things, this puts you in the middle - Sarasota, Bradenton, etc. 2) The small waterfront is super charming -- there are some picnic tables, grab some take out and eat it by the water. "Great place for us to use as home base. Had all the necessary items and more! More than comfortable. Stephanie was a great host and met our every need. Having chairs , umbrellas for the beach was great. Looking forward to staying in the future "

"Property was fine. There were hangers but no rod to hang them on. Also, no real place to hang wet towels. The shower doors do not really keep the water from leaking out and soaking the floor around the toilet. Other than these couple small things, the room was good. WiFi was pretty bad but not anything the owners can do about that."

"The property was clean and the king sized bed was comfortable. The couch was really four hassocks and was very hard and uncomfortable. Some of the other furniture was not as pictured and the bathroom was very small. There were stairs to the place that could use some work and steps up to the bathroomand bedroom. We would not stay in that neighborhood again and I don’t know why a gym was listed. We did communicate since we arrived late each evening. "
