"This house worked great for our family of 5. It is well appointed and in a quiet neighborhood. We were happily surprised to find the garage stocked with everything we would need for a beach excursion. The host was quick to respond to communication and the check in/ check out process was really smooth and easy! There is a Sprouts and Publix within 5 minutes of the house as well as many restaurants, coffee shops, etc."

"We enjoyed our stay. We are sticklers about cleanliness and this was a 9/10 - not perfect but really nice. The garage was full of beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, toys, beach cart) which we used a lot. Parking in the garage was a bonus. Pool heated up really well, as did the hot tub. We've been to Sarasota many times and the Gulf Gate neighborhood is safe & very convenient to beaches & restaurants. "
