Beach is loaded with beautiful shells. We had a maintenance issue but the owner was extremely helpful had it taken care immediately "

"My brother and I visited my aunt in Sarasota. Mermaid Cottage was a perfect location. It’s in a lovely neighborhood and is close to both the airport and the beach. The cottage is very clean and well appointed. Our host was very responsive when we couldn’t figure out how to lock the front door! Overall just a great experience. We will be back! Thank you!"

"The Mangrove Cottage was perfect for my family of 4. Great location to the beach! Backyard was like our own tropical oasis! We loved the pool!! Comfortable beds! Hot water lasted a really long time with no issues of running out (4 baths/showers, dishes and laundry on same evening). "The house and location were amazing. We came shortly after the hurricanes (Helene and Milton), so the area was still rebuilding, but this house was an oasis. You can't beat the view, walking distance to some great restaurants, truly a special place. The house was very clean and equipped with almost everything you could possibly need. Can't wait to come back!"
