"Hotel was good, downside was the balcony, It was only big enough for a chair that faced the wall. Loved the eco friendlyness, we opted to not have the towel change everyday. Room was not that clean when we arrived. Hotels.com said the hotel had a VIP facility for gold status. I emailed hotel prior to arrival to confirm this. They said they did not offer this"

"Overall a good experience. Our room was upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival which was a nice touch however a night there was a lot of noise until late as well as early in the morning. I’m not sure if this was due to location of the room (being on first floor and above the dining room/kitchen). It was difficult to sleep, especially if you’re a light sleeper."
