"We had a good week. The apartment has everything you need for a self catering stay, sunny patio. comfortable lounge, well equipped kitchen. There is a little convenience store next door and a full range of shops about 1 km up the hill. The nearest resturants seemed to be about 3 km away so not walking distance and the traffic was a little busy but then it is everywhere in Funchal. The owner was very friendly did everything he could to make us welcome even though he did not have much English."

"This property is in a great location and the views are amazing. Very clean and pictures don’t do justice. Property is better than what you see in pictures. Very pleased and will definitely stay here again. I have been to a lot of vacation rentals, this was the best one by far. Driveway is very steep and my car bottomed out but I ended up just parking on the street. Wasn’t a big deal as I just parked in front of the driveway entrance. "

"Our family of 10 enjoyed our stay at this house. It is massive with room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved having room to run around outside and were thrilled with the trampoline and pool table. The pool is not heated, so it was a bit chilly during our stay in early May, but the kids still took a dip. The hot tub was lovely. The view was the best part. Absolutely stunning view of the ocean.
