"Loved this apartment! Amazing views from the balcony including the sunset, and the only noise is the sounds of the waves from the beach below. Apartment is kitted out with all the amenities you could want and gets extra points for the shower being high enough for my husband (it's rare!) and great water pressure. Marco gave us a great welcome and a lift to the supermarket which was really appreciated. Can't recommend enough!"

"We enjoyed staying in this condo. It was conveniently located so that we could walk to wonderful dinners every evening. We also were able to go on some beautiful walks from the condo. Had a couple issues getting settled in the condo (with WIFI, etc) but we were able to get it all figured out. Would have been nice to have manuals in English for hot tub, washing machine and other appliances. Also would have been nice to have more than one set of towels for a weekly stay. "The apartment wasn't as described - it was better! The location was perfect - out of the city, but close enough to get there quick. A large balcony and view to die for, Plus another large balcony and views from the kitchen. It was the most well equipped place I had stayed in ever, complete with a clothesline and pegs to hang washing for longer stays.The apartment was huge and comfortably slept all 3 of my teenage children. I would definitley recommend."

"The flat with beautiful view and a useful location. You can get to the beach in 20 min on foot. Around there is a big food store, except other small and not cheapest shops. In the flat there is a nice kitchen with all the necessary stuff. Bus stop just at the building. "

"Leaving with mixed feelings. Great appartment with huge balcony overlooking ocean. A bit far from center of Funchal, but bus stop is nearby. Apartment complex is beautifully designed with 3 pools, one is infinity. So why mixed feelings? A few things: There’s construction nearby, so from 8 to 6 there’s a bit of noise. It’s not too bad, but it will be a while till construction is over. If/when you need to throw away garbage, there’s one(!) set of bins somewhere deep in garage, so you need to walk...
