"I want to be fair when I make this review because overall it’s a nice hotel with great staff. However , there were issues. 1- the main restaurant was closed for refurbishment and you could only use Pier 8 , that said, Pier 8 is in a fantastic location. 2- the hotel is being refurbished throughout and it’s my understanding that the pool and Pier 8 will be refurbished in Jan 25. 3- the hot water in our room was cold /tepid for most of our stay until we were told to let it run for 5 minutes first...

"The property was not as advertised at all. Everything was dirty and had a thick layer of dirt on it. It’s like they hadn’t cleaned before we came. The cleanest thing was the pool oddly enough. The bathroom stunk so bad, I couldn’t stop dry heaving. Also the area surrounding the villa was covered in garbage. After realizing we couldn’t stay there, we tried to talk to the owner. "This was by far the best stay we have experienced in Bali. The amenities and the staff take most of the credit. It’s a gorgeous villa with an amazing pool and outdoor living area. We did not want to step out at all. Lush greenery and caring staff made it exceptional. The shuttle that can be used around the area, 15 mins massage and the afternoon tea were great perks we enjoyed. Next time we visit Bali sure to stay here the whole time 😊"

"If u a backpacker it's ok to stay for the price. Saw few cockroaches and other bugs near the bed and bathroom. There is no fridge in the room but it ok I guess aircon works great and has nice swimming pool. The bed was comfortable in every way and nice and quiet area not much noise"
