Can smell sewage in some rooms because of poor drainage system, and saw a good-sized most universally disliked insect scattering around in the room. Sheets don't feel so clean either. Dripping water from AC and shower didn't drain well, but got fixed after telling them. Mouldy AC. Unusable WiFi. You have to tell them if you want your room cleaned. "Some of the other reviews for this property speak very highly of this resort, which is why we chose this property. Unfortunately, it was not what it seems. Check-in was wonderful and staff at the property couldn't do enough, they were the saving grace for the stay! Unfortunately, the private pool villa are in a poor condition and desperate need of upgrades. The small air-conditioning unit in the room struggled to keep it cool, with the holes in the grass ceiling/roof and poor seals around doors....
