"Great resort for those with kids. Kids club and pools are staffed by friendly people who genuinely love interacting with the kids. Only downside is the distance from the beach - although only a 10-15min walk by adults, it’s challenging to walk with small kids on the busy roads which are shared by cars, scooters, motorcycles and pedestrians. "This is a good 5 star choice located on the Hyatt Regency beach strip. Really it is a competitor with the Hyatt but with much classier rooms - especially if you book the Impressive Suites and above. Some rooms have their own pool $$$. The service is terrific and, importantly, the aircon is adjustable. The family pool is not quite big enough in our view. And the hotel is on a very narrow block - unlike the sprawling Hyatt a few doors up. The service is impeccable and a great restaurant. Good for kids/families who seem to be everywhere. What it doesn't have is an 'adults only' pool in a quiet area. That would be nice. Overall, 5 stars because of the rooms, service and restaurant. "
