"Some of the other reviews for this property speak very highly of this resort, which is why we chose this property. Unfortunately, it was not what it seems. Check-in was wonderful and staff at the property couldn't do enough, they were the saving grace for the stay! Unfortunately, the private pool villa are in a poor condition and desperate need of upgrades. The small air-conditioning unit in the room struggled to keep it cool, with the holes in the grass ceiling/roof and poor seals around doors....

"From the moment we walked into Kayumanis Sanur Private Villa & Spa, we knew that it was going to be a wonderful stay. We were greeted warmly by the receptionist and made us feel comfortable during check-in. We stayed in the 2 bedroom with studio villa. They told us about our villa's name, the amenities, and how to contact them if ever we needed something. We've never stayed in a villa before and this property didn't disappoint. The villa was spacious, more than enough for a family of 4. ...

"Stayed in a 3 bedroom Villa with private pool. Beautiful spacious villa. Fantastic breakfast included, hotel car will take you and pick up anywhere in Sanur, sunrise walk. Friendly and very efficient staff. Wonderful. We will stay again. "
