"The wife and I loved Prama Sanur Beach. Being able to lay on a lounge on the beach all day was awesome! Thank you to Chef Ida Bagus Ketut Laba and his crew put on the most wonderful spread. You won’t die from starvation! Lezat makan! We will be returning. "

"Hotel staff are excellent. The pool is fantastic. It’s a little bit of a walk to the beach, but the hotel has its own designated area with the lounges under umbrellas and supply towels at the beach in addition to at the pool. The breakfasts each day had a lovely selection. "

"Great resort for those with kids. Kids club and pools are staffed by friendly people who genuinely love interacting with the kids. Only downside is the distance from the beach - although only a 10-15min walk by adults, it’s challenging to walk with small kids on the busy roads which are shared by cars, scooters, motorcycles and pedestrians. "

"Loved the beach club and managed to enjoy the seafood BBQ which was delicious. On arrival was given a voucher for afternoon tea of tea & cakes. Lovely pools and poolside service, cocktails and food where I was able to wait for a late flight. The bar staff were knowledgeable and efficient, the porters and concierge were exceptional and they went above and beyond to make this a wonderful stay. "This is a good 5 star choice located on the Hyatt Regency beach strip. Really it is a competitor with the Hyatt but with much classier rooms - especially if you book the Impressive Suites and above. Some rooms have their own pool $$$. The service is terrific and, importantly, the aircon is adjustable. The family pool is not quite big enough in our view. And the hotel is on a very narrow block - unlike the sprawling Hyatt a few doors up. The service is impeccable and a great restaurant. Good for kids/families who seem to be everywhere. What it doesn't have is an 'adults only' pool in a quiet area. That would be nice. Overall, 5 stars because of the rooms, service and restaurant. "

"I cannot say enough good things. The staff really made our stay. So friendly and welcoming. Especially Wai Yan (sp?) who made delicious happy hour drinks at the poolside bar. I feel like I made a new friend as we had several great discussions! The pool is beautiful and very quiet (we were there in low season - Feb) the breakfast was also incredible and so was room service. There was construction going on for a couple of hours every day which was very noisy at the pool. I wish I had known that but we were usually out and about and the staff apologized for it personally more than once. I understand people have to work and you can’t close down a whole hotel for a little bit of Reno. No big deal. Just ask about it if you plan to stay here in the next little while. But such good value for money, superb service and the kindest staff I have ever encountered. "
