"The staff was very professional and friendly. The Radisson was very clean and well maintained. The food was great I just wish that they could have perhaps a limited menu for room service that might be available up until 12 midnight. However... overall the facility... the staff and the experience was wonderful!!!!!!!!!"

"Convenient for a one night stay. Quiet rooms even though very near to airport Free shuttle bus to and from the airport. Breakfast was plentiful. Few restaurants near by if you don’t want to eat in the hotel."

"The breakfast is excellent with a variety of fruits, juices, vegetables, cereals and the normal rice and beans. Usually scrambled eggs but one can request fried eggs or omelette. Also the staff are very friendly and helpful. Twice money fell from pocket without my knowledge and staff phoned my room to let me know it. "

"Jason at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay truly wonderful. During a very difficult time—our son required emergency surgery at nearby Clínica Bíblica—Jason showed incredible kindness and support. He anticipated our needs, accommodated every request with genuine care, and consistently checked in to ask how our son was doing. "Everything about this hotel is great except the rooms have no blackout curtains. In the night is the street lights that are bright and morning at 5:30 am the sun rises. Makes it hard to have a good sleep Otherwise the hotel is excellent. "

"Nice hotel in a good spot in Barrio Escalante. It was nice to have our own apartment with a kitchen. Room was clean and the staff was friendly. I could tell that booking through Expedia was an extra hurdle for them, because we didn't get standard messages like our room door code or the wifi details, those appeared to be arranged some other way which was not known to me. It's well worth the money, but maybe book on a different platform."
