"Pros: it was a good rate, clean and in a good location. The room was large. Cons: I could not contact anyone. I got an email directly after booking but when trying to reply the email bounced. We never received our check-in information and couldn't contact anyone, we tried multiple numbers written on the hotel door, tried multiple email addresses and contact forms and received no reply. "The location, staff and property are all fantastic ! It’s an easy walk to the main shopping and dining areas . The rooms were very clean and simple. The one drawback is that each room has a really strong green light in it which , I assume is the exit light . In the dorm rooms it’s not an issue on the lower bunks as you have a bed above you and privacy curtains. On the upper bunk and private rooms it’s a real issue so make sure you have an eye mask .
