"the rooftop pool was gorgeous and the rooms spared no detail—slippers & chocolates every night, plenty of water & glasses, a cool mirror tv, automatic blinds, and a huge soaking tub. we were a family of 3 & we had lots of room with a cot & king bed. the lobby was modern, airy & beautiful. the spa was picture perfect. highly recommend! short uber rides to anywhere in Lisbon. "

"Great overall experience. The staff was attentive. Depending on what you are used to, the bathrooms are a bit tight but it’s not surprising for old European buildings. Fantastic location with lots of shops and restaurants around. We would stay there again but if you expect a 5-star hotel the quality of Ritz or Four Seasons, this is not it. It was a solid 4-star experience though. "

"Comfortable hotel in heart of high end shopping district of Lisbon and 0.5 miles from Bairro Alto ( up hill). Amenities including pool, fitness center and restaurant/bar seemed great. Unfortunately didn't have time to use any. Our room was a 3 bed triple. Each bed was permanent not roll away. Highly recommend"

"Having stayed at many relais chateux hotels, this was in some ways disappointing. The hotel was lovely and the room excellent. There were a number of stairs with no hand rail which was awkward, due to my mobility issues. The breakfast service was really poor, very slow and limited options like other relais hotels. The pool service didnt work, so you had to go down in the lift to the bar and order which was also very slow. Location ia good and the pool was lovely ( even though it wasnt cleaned...

"Amazing hotel in such a great area of Lisbon. Staff was extremely kind and accommodating. We loved the outdoor patio and the breakfast was delicious. The room was a great size with a beautiful view of the city. Walking distance to most of the city and lots of shopping. I would definitely stay here again if i was in Lisbon."
