"Overall great stay for one night. Very nice hotel casino and valet parking. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend. A few items to note tho: Almost impossible to locate a push wheelchair for my elderly mom to wheel her to/from hotel room. Very friendly security staff helped out tho. The bathroom has very poor lighting. Impossible to put makeup up on. Mirror outside of bathroom had an empty shelf right in the middle where your reflection is (why? Idk) so rather aggravating for women at...

"Restaurant food selection on the premises and front office hours are fairly limited. But clean and quiet and very close to the Anza Borrego visitor center and there are good restaurants nearby in town. No breakfast options on the premises. Clever layout resembles an Old West town."

"We loved our stay for the most part. It was quiet and friendly management. Beds were great! Two things that would improve our stay would be a way to get hot water sooner and a small microwave would be nice for those leftovers. "

Sanctuary in the desert

"This hotel stay was a definite pleasure. It had an extra sink and two additional mirrors outside the restroom area that were particularly convenient. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. We even had a balcony off the room to view the full moon. I highly recomment this lodge."

"Exemplary staff from top down. This wonderful B&B in the heart of town was near perfection for us. Room was a bit cramped with 2 tasteful bureaus when we would have preferred just one. But enough nitpicking. We really enjoyed the remodeled shower area and the bed was very comfortable. The whole property was impeccably clean.Breakfast was 6 stars! Our compliments to the chef. We would definitely stay here again!"
