"We had a fabulous time at JS Palma Stay! On arrival, we were told that there was food available despite it being very late, and that we had a suite, which was lovely. The food was better than ever, I think, and always plentiful. The staff are exceptional and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!"

"The one thing that impressed us the most is the the staff, regardless of rome/function, they are friendly, nice, appear to be happy and like their jobb. Noticed that the hotel has adjustable height beds, I assume from what I saw, to spare housekeeping staff backs, if so, wonderful to see!"

"The loved the hotel, the room and the restaurants. The view was incredible with the ocean and beach right in front. The only issue was the drain in the shower was not working properly and water from the shower went all over the bathroom floor every time we showered. Took a long time to dry up every time. We made staff aware and they said the showers were not built correctly. "

"Lovely clean hotel with helpful friendly staff. Our room was spotless. Beach is just at the end of the road. We hired the bikes for the day which was great and were able to pay for a late checkout. Could do with more sunbeds (and not let people reserve them!) and our room was quite small but would definitely stay here again. "

"Very nice view overlooking the pool and the sea ... Nice and clean rooms, delisious food with a big variety. Staff is friendly especially Mr. Carlos who works on the front desk as he helped us a lot, he was very kind and always ready to help."

"Lovely hotel staff were amazing and the location was super! Walking distance to Palmanova and Portals. Really loved the beach which we preferred as was more of a breeze! Also a couple of restaurants on beach as well as hotels round the pool so perfect choice! I would also like to say my son’s friend lost his wallet on the beach. We couldn’t find it and I asked a reception if one had been handed in! To my utter surprise it had been! So huge huge huge thank you to the beach staff for being so honest and leaving at reception. Felt very safe at this hotel and on the beach too! We would definitely come again!! "
