They really cared about making sure we were happy—even offering us free snacks as a kind gesture for the inconvenience. The hotel is in a beautiful area, with a nice pool and easy access to gorgeous beaches. One of the things we appreciated most was how convenient it was to get around using public transportation—we didn’t need to rent a car at all, which made things easier and more relaxing. Little things- we wanted to go into town so asked for a taxi- they said no need, we’ll take you in the hotel car. And just let us know when you finish your meal for the return trip. We have some water for your taxi ride so you can stay hydrated on the airport journey. And more. Will definitely go back. "
