"We booked a swim up pool room and we were not told that the pool is cold and does not work during certain times of the year. This would have been important to note as we would not have booked this room if we knew. "We combined pool/beach and sightseeing vacation for a family including a 5 y.o. and that worked well for us. The pools and slides and entertainment were perfect for him.
