"The property is good, but the staff is bad. I went during February half term holiday with the kids as prices are more affordable. Unfortunately most of the Restaurants around were closed being off season. The distance from the sea is 1 min by walk so it is perfect. The studio was nice, but would have preferred a proper double bed instead of the sofa bed as it was a bit uncomfortable. The lady at the Reception was terrible. "The location for this property is on top of the main Magaluf strip so if you're there for partying then you will find no issues. The rooms are functional and clean. You will not get much sleep and we even had a person banging on our door during the night and constant outside noise. It's not a place to relax or sleep. Also there was an issue with getting into the property but this was resolved promptly. "

"Lovely clean modern hotel apartments. 1 bedroom very large, sound proof, 2 sofa beds, 2 balcony’s good air conditioning. Pool decent size, football pitch, play area and cafe . Left little space for sun beds and guests get up in the early hours to put their towels on them. All gone before 7am!! Don’t stoop that low and explore / sunbathe beyond the four walls of the hotel. Much nicer. "
