"I wish I had planned a longer stay at the Hotel Roc Illetas. The property was fantastic, with great beaches within a short walk. I can't comment enough on the staff; they were truly awesome from the moment we walked in. Santiago spent 15 minutes with us at check-in explaining the area, the beaches, and most importantly, the bus route that takes you into town from the hotel. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet and love that the hotel bar stays open until midnight. We will be back and we'll be bringing friends!! "

"We have just returned from 4 nights in Hotel Florida and had a fantastic stay! All of the staff were friendly/helpful. We arrived a couple of hours early so hoped to be able to leave our bags whilst we explored but as our room was ready they let us have the room straight away. We spent some time lounging around the pool area/bar each day, there was always music playing and a great atmosphere. Hotel was clean and comfortable, breakfast had a wide selection. The hotel is at the top of a steep hill, this wasn’t an issue for us but might make a difference to others. "

Wonderful breakfast buffet to start the day, friendly staff, beautiful views, property is pretty, walk to restaurants or supermercado. We taxied to different parts of Mallorca during the day and were happy to come back to the Leonardo. "

"I’ve stayed in 5* hotels around the world. What stood out here was the entire staff genuinely making us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Little things- we wanted to go into town so asked for a taxi- they said no need, we’ll take you in the hotel car. And just let us know when you finish your meal for the return trip. We have some water for your taxi ride so you can stay hydrated on the airport journey. And more. Will definitely go back. "
