"Great place for the 2 of us to stay while in town for Sensorio. Rural feel with a small vineyard in view of our balcony, clean, had everything we needed. Enjoyed the afternoon sun while having a quiet read on the balcony. Relatively new construction with some handcrafted furniture by the owner. Well lit and cheerful with plenty of windows, a couch and coffee table, coffee maker fridge and microwave. Clean well appointed bathroom. "My fiancé and I decided to getaway for a quick one night stay with our dog and booked this studio. The check in process was smooth and easy and the property was easy to locate. The studio was clean and spacious with a comfortable king bed. WiFi was good for streaming which was nice and the water pressure in the shower was also really nice. The property owner was very responsive and communicated really well. Would definitely book again"

There are hiking trails around the property, swimming pool, and other activities within the campground. Easy driving distance to Avila Beach, Pismo Beach, and Port San Luis. The reception staff are gracious and very welcoming. An awesome two day stay for my spouse and self. "
