"Good location (probably closer to 2.5 blocks from the water) and nice to have parking. Neighbors are super close. Walking distance to food and drinks. Well stocked kitchen, although the fridge is huge and the Keurig is sketchy. Outdoor space is plain (as in pics). Plenty of towels, but bring your own soap and shampoo. Wifi worked but tv has no instructions and was only able to get it to work on the first night (not sure why hosts just don't include cable and charge accordingly?). Host did...

"It was perfect location for us and the kids. Easy walk to all our favorite pismo spots! The bunk room the beds are smaller than we thought in the photos and the couch bed mattress was very thin you could feel the bars, so the kids just slept on the couch, dishwasher didn’t work, but we didn’t really use the space other than sleeping and getting ready so it was. An inconvenience for us. Other than that we’d stay there again ! "

"We had an amazing time at this residence, it was the perfect little getaway place! I liked how close it was to the Embarcadero shops and restaurants, and easy to get to the Morro Bay Rock. The place was clean, had all the basic amenities in the kitchen, bath and bedrooms. We also appreciated the recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and recreation from our host - it made it so much easier to find good restaurants. We'd stay here again for sure if we're up this way again. Thank you!!"

"We loved this property. Stacia was amazing and responsive. It's close to everything downtown. The property is cool and modern. Parking is close. The beds are comfortable and it has a full kitchen. I was aware of the noise issue from other reviews. It's real, but if you don't mind that, the property is perfect in every other way. We found that a good white noise machine and some earplugs solved both bar and street noise."
