"We have never stayed in a mobile / tiny home cabin so it was outside our normal. The "cabin" we stayed in was small but functional. There are hiking trails around the property, swimming pool, and other activities within the campground. Easy driving distance to Avila Beach, Pismo Beach, and Port San Luis. The reception staff are gracious and very welcoming. An awesome two day stay for my spouse and self. "

"We loved this property! Very close to everything--you can literally walk or bike to most places of interest. We parked the car in the secure garage upon arrival, and just walked/biked to everywhere during our entire stay. The property is very very quiet as well, and looks practically brand new. Sparkling clean!! Lastly, the owner was very responsive, accommodated our requests, and swiftly addressed all matters that came up. We highly recommend this property, and would definitely use it...

"Great mountain home for families or friends. Plenty of rooms, even a fun playroom/bedroom for the tykes. Downstairs has pool table and darts and big TV. Upstairs with main floor, kitchen, dining, living and fireplace (lots of firewood available). Just a couple of hours north of LA, very convenient. Short walk to small community town for dining and small grocery. Lots of hiking nearby - we suggest hikes #6 and #1 on the property’s hiking map (on the coffee table). Appliances are new and modern....

"We had great stay at the A Frame! Property was well stocked with everything you could want. Highlights included a beautiful view of Morro Rock while warming next to the fireplace. We enjoyed hikes at Buchon and Valencia Peak. Sandspit beach was cool and uncrowded. Also checked out several of the wineries in Paso.Local grocery store Ralphs is well stocked and enjoyed steaks on the grill while hot tubing and drinking some exceptional vino from Paso.Hosts were very responsive and helped us...

"This cabin was so comfortable with gorgeous views and a great patio! We fit 13 people pretty comfortably throughout the house and there was enough space for us to all hang out together in the living room and kitchen. The house had basic cooking supplies but we did bring seasonings and paper supplies (including TP and paper towels) as expected! The downstairs did have a bit of a musty smell but overall it wasn’t unbearable. The trash depositing site is also very close to the house which is nice!...

"Cecilia was exceedingly kind and gracious in designing her cabin to guests to stay at. From the tasteful decorations, to soft and cozy bed, and assortments of games and activities, it is obvious that the guest is the top focus at her cabin. "Fantastic place to stay. There were 12 of us and there was enough bedrooms that everyone had their own room and space with large King Size Beds in all rooms but one that had two queens that worked out perfectly. The beds are super comfortable. We enjoyed eating at the party barn and loved seeing the peacocks, rabbits, goats, and deer. The location is great and close by everything from wine tasting to Pismo, Avila, and Morro Bay. Highly recommend this for large groups!"
