"The hotel has beautiful views of the lake and is very well located as a base to explore the towns around the lake. Very clean and modern rooms. My only complaint was that they are inflexible on check-in time (they allow early check-in and late check-out only if we pay a fee and don’t provide room upgrades even though both are supposed to be advantages of platinum status on the booking platform). Also there is no laundry service contrary to the description, which was a let down for a hotel of that caliber. Overall, I would stay here again though."

"Absolutely loved this place. So so cute, clean, quiet and relaxing. The staff is so accommodating and sweet, they were always asking if they could get me anything. Food is SO GOOD. Best juices I have ever had in my life. The stairs around the property are killer but it’s worth it for the views, quality and price. Can’t wait to come back!"

"Perfect little hotel a short walk from the main part of Santa Cruz! Food was amazing, staff attentive, and we loved the hot tub and sauna (temsecal). Also very convenient right next to a tour company that took us on a kayak tour to cliff jumping! "
