"My cousin and I stayed here for just one night at the end of our stay on Lake Atitlán. Our room (one of the teepees) was great and had everything we needed. The communal bathrooms were often out of toilet paper and paper towels. The restaurant/bar was expensive but the food was good. The bottom of the pool was covered in algae and no one was swimming while we were there. But the location is great for exploring Pana. Overall we would recommend but feel like the price is high for what you get. "

"The hostel is located right at the base of Santa Cruz which made it super easy to grab the lanchas. My friend and I stayed in a private suite which was really nice and cozy. The grounds of the hostel itself are stunning and so relaxing! They host family-style dinner's every night which was so wholesome and was a great way to meet new people. The only cons I will say is that there's only wifi in the common spaces, and wifi doesn't reach the rooms. Other than that, I loved my stay! "

"It was great in the begining, they offer unlimited coffee (bad quality but unlimited). And they are very friendly. When paying time came, they took almost twice the price of my reservation and they didn't even give me any receipt. "

Located on the quieter side of town, this hotel is about 1.5 miles from the Embarcadero for San Pedro and San Juan. Laundry services are available for a reasonable price. Breakfast is also available for various options. "

"Mike who runs the property is an awesome guy and very helpful and accommodating. The property is super unique on the side of the volcano overlooking San Juan. I’m leaving this review to tell people to probably use Hostelworld to book this property because this is actually an old account. I booked through it and Mike was nice enough to honour it but I would not book through this channel if I were interested in staying at this property.
