"Perla Maya Hotel was in a great location! It was easy and walkable to restaurants. shopping and ferry locations. The hotel staff is very exceptional, they make your stay feel like home. Thank you Jose Manuel, Domingo, Tomas and Daniel for making us feel safe and also thank you kitchen staff Claudia and Michelle for great breakfasts. I will definitely return to this hotel next time I come to Panajachel!"

"The staff was very, very accommodating. The rooms are clean and quiet. The private beach is lovely, and there is a free use of a kayak if that is what you are into. Breakfast was delicious. It was so nice to sit and have coffee and breakfast on fhe water. I would highly rexommemd for fhe price "

"Everything was amazing. The reviews for this hotel were very mixed, however our experience was amazing and have no idea why anyone would say anything negative. Our room (#8) was beautiful, the esthetic of the pool was georgeous, the view of Lake Atitlan (feet away) was breathtaking, the staff was kind, friendly (miri and juan..everyone) and everyone always had a smile on their face. The food was great👌. 10/10 i would definitely return and would recommend!"
