Welcomes you with the biggest smile, has great recommendations, answers super quickly when you have questions.Only let down, no where in the description did it say the spa wasn’t included and we needed to pay an extra to be able to use it. We’re not spa people so not a deal breaker.Also it was not said that the electricity from the wall unit was an extra. We learned about it at our arrival. The weather was amazing so we didnt need them, but I can imagine it being an issue if it gets really cold or super hot.100% would recommend! "
