"The staff was very accommodating and the hotel verry clean. The AC was able to cool the room in less then 5 min so no need to leave it on when leaving for the day. The street parking is not easy but there is a public parking lot at 5 min walk across the street and another one at about 20 min walk, close to Burriana Beach. "Horrible motorcycle noises with parking lot outside window. No toaster. Awkward check-in done via automation and no easy to use. Prefer in person check-in. "Booked the most expensive room was placed into a basement service quarter room marked as private with no other rooms on that "floor" in the middle of the coldest rainiest season with a child with no hot water, wifi, non-working stove or even blankets. Totally avoided my calls, what's apps or emails ( they are never at the reception) as they know they messed it up. Had to book ourselves into another hotel for the rest of the stay. Of course no refund either. Total disgrace."
