"I loved everything. Staff were excellent. Especially restaurant staff. Absolute credit to the hotel. Food was great. TV was big which I Loved. Criticisms is that the terraced rooms on 6th floor have no privacy. I could see and hear all my neighbours conversation when out on the terrace which spoilt it really for me. Bed was not that comfortable. Found reception check-in a bit slow with queues forming right were the steps are to get to the lift. Not ideal. Would love more english channels. I...

"Friendly staff. Good clean atmosphere. Breakfast brilliant but little kitchen area in the bedroom pathetic. Lucky if one tea or coffee sachet left and no milk. Complained to reception but made no difference. Such a pity to ruin stay for a few Euros!!"

"Our suite on the 5th floor with terrace was wonderful. The daily requirements were all free (sugar/milk for coffee/cleaning materials, etc) were free and easily accessible. The amenities were all top notch and support staff extremely friendly and helpful. This is one of the best short term rentals we have ever encountered and will absolutely look for Numa properties wherever we travel! We highly recommend Numa in Granada and wherever you go!"

"Kevin was super friendly at the front desk!! We stayed in room 414 which was very nice. The walk-in shower was huge and clean. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. The pool area was amazing, we didn’t take advantage during our 4 nights but definitely a bonus. One improvement to be made would be responding to the two messages sent via Expedia. This might have ensured a smoother check-in. We would stay again if we come back to Granada. "
