"Overall the place was great. The only thing I can say is the parking arrangements arent made clear as far as location goes. There is a parking lot at the bottom of the hill and there are parking areas up in front of the apartments. The apartments spots are labeled but I didnt see them untill after going to the pool. No biggie just something to be aware of. We would absolutely stay again."

"Everything was very clean and just as pictured. No A/C, but turns out it wasn’t needed due to cool ocean air. We could walk to the beach and boardwalk easy enough, even though there was a lot of construction in the area. We stayed in to cook some of the time, and everything needed was there. My only complaint is I would have preferred to communicate via text instead of email. Otherwise it was a great place and we would go back!"

"Had a great 3 Generation Girls trip. My little granddaughter who is 2 and a half loved sitting by the window people watching and looking at the beach, and was so excited when we said we were going to go walk there. It is a very short walk from the condo. Also walking distance to shops & restaurants. The condo was very clean and Jennifer was very quick to reply to a questin we had. Parking is a huge plus. My daughter and I talked about making this 3 generation girls trip a annual trip and staying...

"Modern apartment in ideal location on Westside of Santa Cruz walking distance to Natural Bridges and easy access to town via bike. The apartment is even nicer in person than the photos. Comfortable accommodation with all of your needs including laundry and dishwasher. The host lives on the property and is super friendly and will help with any special requests."

"We had a wonderful stay over New Year’s. This property is amazing, with views that are unparalleled. We met owners (relatives) when we arrived and they were so helpful, sharing that there was an elevator I could use since I had just had surgery. Plenty of room for the family of 5. Outdated furniture that needs serious cleaning, but we looked out the front windows and all was forgiven! We’d stay here again."
