From check in to check out everyone always smiled and offered themselves generously. They made us feel like they were happy we were there. The hotel had exactly what you want when away from home, clean comfortable friendly service. The hotel is historic and beautiful and they preserved that well in renovations. The location can not be beat. Massimo and Massimo(Maxamillion) were the stars. Attrie( sorry for the spelling) was kind and sweet. The woman in the dining room, we don't know her name, was very attentive and sweet. The room was new and fresh each day, although we never saw the cleaning crew. Thank you for a marvelous stay in this home away from home. "

" Beautiful historical, walking distance to all monuments. Spacious, comfortable well-appointed room and bathroom, felt like our own mini suite! Staff were super friendly and attentive. Lorenzo in the reception took care of our transfers and excursions around the city , as well as a rental car for an exhilarating day in beautiful Tuscany vineyards. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the staff very helpful and accommodated my vegetarian diet. Hotel Bernini more than exceeded my expectations and made our stay in Firenze especially memorable. "

"The hotel room is big and clean. The bed is so comfortable. I like the bathroom, it has a heated rack to dry the bath towel quickly and has a good size. I also like the locker room, it has a lot of space for storage. It was a good choice to book in this hotel because of the location, across the street is a church and there are lots of restaurants and stores in the vicinity. "
