"Our favorite hotel that we stayed at in Italy. The staff was so nice and offered restaurant recommendations! The bar area was very cool and the rooms were nice. Good beds, very clean, great shower. And we walked to everything we wanted to, about 15-20 min walk from all the sights! We would stay here again if we got to go to Florence again! I would tell friends or family to stay here. "

"Our room (with bath tub and balcony) was spacious, clean and quiet on the side of the train station. The doors kept the sound out. Nice breakfast with a lot of choices. Bar area to meet people. Could fill water bottles with sparkling or still water, and coffee and tea were always available in the lounge. Perfect place to explore Florence. The balconies had a perfect view of the duomo. It looked like the balconies were all on 5 th floor. Wonderful time spent there!"

"Our stay from check in til check out was amazing. We were there for a mix of business and sightseeing. David at the front desk was kind and knowledgeable!!! He showed us how to get around to the major sites from a map. Made wonderful dinner recommendations and just was wonderfully kind. Breakfast is amazing every AM and o provided a toi go option for the days I was leaving early for conference, I cannot give enough stars df recommendation!!!!!"
