"It is a wonderful property, the rooms are very stylish and the staff are wonderful. We used the beach club card to access the pool on the seafront which had a great bar and facilities. You may need to get a cab back at night if you’re eating out … it’s a very dark walk back to the resort. "

"The staff was very warm, friendly, helpful, and professional and not intrusive. The food was plentiful and delicious. I loved my ocean-front room mainly because I love how the waves sounded crashing against the rocks at night. I also felt very safe there. Although the majority of tourists at the resort were much older, coupled, and from the UK, I, as a young, single, black female from the Caribbean, felt very comfortable there. I stayed 4 days there. If you are introverted and looking for peace and a place to rest and refresh yourself, this is it. "

Absolutely fabulous location but mostly it's the wonderful staff at Tropical Sunset that made our stay so amazing. The best service we have ever received innBarbados! Special mention to Curly who always does what he can to ensure guests can enjoy the beach and sunbeds! Especially sorting beds on the beach for Christmas Day. "This was our 1st time at The SandPiper and everything about our experience was exceptional from the time we arrived until we left. No delay in being taken to our room, our luggage already waiting allowing us to get settled in. The entire place was clean and tidy. The staff takes a lot of pride in the hotel. We had a garden view room and we loved having a cup of coffee on the deck each morning. The breakfast was amazing as well as our beautifully presented meals. Given the resort is on the west side of the island, the view of the sunsets each night was amazing. We ate dinner in the restaurant and had bar food a couple of times during our stay, both were great. We had a wonderful stay at The SandPiper and we'd definitely recommend. A perfect stay. "
