"The property is closing soon in order to refurbish so we overlooked very small issues that were in need of repair. We stayed in a beach front junior suite with a wonderful balcony. Our room was in very good condition. The entire staff was amazing! We were treated with curtesy, friendly service and smiles. The two restaurants on the property were outstanding. We always were able to find something to our taste and the food quality was top notch. The bartenders were great and the rum punch was excellent! We would definitely recommend this establishment."

"Quaint property, located in Paynes Bay. There’s a small beach bar and grill located on the property which is perfect to have lunch. Walking distance to a few restaurants and easy to access cabs or public transportation. Owners are quick to respond to requests. Hidden gem!"

"This is the second time we have stayed here and always look to book here rather than anywhere else if available. Great space to relax, socialise have privacy and real home comforts. I will never get tired of chilling on the master balcony. "

"A really nice resort and the staff are really helpful and friendly. Right next door to sandy beach, and with all inclusive you're getting brilliant service with no worry of the cost. I've seen some terrible reviews but the only thing thsts terrible is that I can't remember the name of the lady who cleaned my room... She was fantastic and friendly. Special shout out to guye who has an amazing attitude and so much positivity. A credit to the resort and the bar staff too! Also to those on reception when I was leaving (today) who are exactly what you need on front of house. The sunset restaurant... Amazing and thank you to the pastry chef who makes the carrot cake... It's delicious! Even got some to take back! Thank you sooo much! Foods amazing here... It is buffet but such a range and even as a vegetarian.. It's great. The roti was amazing and should do more traditional bajan food... You're chefs are great! . Really enjoyed it can't recommend this place more! "

"A delighful open plan villa which was a few minutes walk to wonderful Paynes beach, not far from the Sandy Lane resorts, and a short drive to food supplies and a major supermarket. The host was very accommodating to any requests, and helpful wherever possible.The property itself was clean, well laid out and had all the amenities you'd expect. As a family of 2 adults, a teenager and 4 year old this was an ideal place to stay. I'd happily recommend."

"Our stay started off a little stressful. Our flight was delayed so we didn't get in until 11pm. We used Ways (which is always pretty accurate) to navigate the island but the address given on listing was different. I had to dig deep in the app to find the correct address. The surrounding area is not well lit so it took us a while and lots of circles to find the place. The open concept was perfect for our group. The master upstairs has it's own ensuite and the other two rooms share a bath. Since we a couple traveling with a small family this provided the privacy we needed. The pool was great. The neighbors were not there so we had it to ourselves. The location was great. Generally a 4 min drive to nice beach and amenities. The house handbook was very helpful with beach and restaurant info. We had a few hiccups. The pillows are in need to replacement. Their time is up! One of the cabinet doors fell off it's hinge but Paulette fixed it the next day. One air conditioner was not working when we got there but Paulette fixed it the next day. The air con's are all different so it was hard to figure them out. The air con in the master only worked on one setting so I was up 4-5 times a night turning it on and off. We were aware of electricity fees and tried to be mindful. It still cost over $200 BBD for the week. Seems a bit much when we didn't run A/C so much. We did cook a few times and ran the washer/dryer a few times. Would stay again."
