"A home away from home. Nice host who is extremely helpful. The place is spacious and the rooms are great. We have enjoyed it immensely and really love that everything is pretty close by. No reason to rent a car there are busses going to all places all the time."

Lovely home with A views

"We had a really great time staying at this home in Barbados. All of the bedrooms had nice bathrooms and a balcony. The primary bedroom was particularly spectacular, with plenty of space, a large bathroom and a separate changing room and closet.We really enjoyed the connection to the outdoors between the balconies and the garden. We spent most of our time outside. We used the small pool more than we expected. It was especially nice for my young son so I could keep him entertained while others were sleeping. We didn't really swim on the beach directly in front of the house due to the tides and some rocks, but there was a nice beach about a one minute walk to the left and we spent a lot of time there. It still felt like we had a beach right at the house. We had a great week and look forward to coming back! It was great for a family. As a reader, there were also numerous areas to settle in to read. "

"The property was fantastic very spacious plenty of room to move about, the property had everything we needed it was very clean when we arrived our host was already waiting for us and explained everything thoroughly. . The location was just right 3 minutes walk to Paynes Bay west coast. The Supermarket, Petrol station and other shops were just a driving distance. We could freely move around to different beaches beacuse of our location "

Beautifully appointed 2 bedroom apartment In Paynes Bay, St James

Relaxed stay, great host

"We can only recommend Lorraine's apartment to everyone. First of all, she is a great host. We had some helpful conversations beforehand and she responded very quickly. She welcomed us, explained everything, gave us recommendations on restaurants, where to go, what to see and so on.The apartment was freshened up before we arrived, so it looks even better than the pictures on the internet.The kitchen is really complete. The only criticism from our point of view: the bathroom is quite small and you can only hang one towel.The neighborhood is quiet. A large supermarket is about 5 minutes away by car. The beach is a maximum 10 minute walk (5 for us). You can also reach more beautiful beaches by car or bus. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay much longer. On our next visit to the island we will try to stay with Lorraine again."

Designer Penthouse - Amazing Views & Location

"We cannot praise enough and whole heartedly recommend this beautiful spacious vacation property and its gracious host, Rodney. It is beautifully furnished and meticulously maintained and has full access to the onsite amenities - pools, spa… Access to incredible restaurants and beaches are a walk, bus or taxi away! Rodney has fabulous intel on everything from where to go for fine dining, the best beaches, fishing …..Honestly we will be back and would stay nowhere else!! Oh and the sunset views from the covered balcony are spectacular!!"

Wonderful location

"Couldn’t be closer to the beach! Hosts very helpful and accommodating! Only downside was finding the apartment initially as the sign was missing. The real seller was the included beach beds they set up for us every day.Came home and immediately booked to return next year.. "
