"Whilst the hotel is a couple of miles from the city centre, the bus service was very good & right outside - the free voucher was much appreciated. Only suggestion would be better coffee in the room, either a nespresso machine (or similar) or even just coffee bags. "

"Wonderful staff. Genuinely friendly and helpful. One tiny thing: the washbasin has a hairline crack across it. Could be a problem. Forgot to mention it. Wonderful experience! "

"The hotel room was great but there were no shower gels, shower caps and little things that you find in most hotels. Saying that, everything else was excellent and they had quite a good selection of vegan options on the in room service menu. Definitely would stay there again."
