"First time we have stayed at the hotel and it’s safe to say we were not disappointed. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming and the hotel’s facilities are excellent. The breakfast is really good and there is plenty to choose from, also the free secure parking is excellent and an added bonus. The restaurant is excellent and they have some great offers on for residents, the hotel offered a New Year’s Eve party special which was a 3 course meal with a glass of Prosecco and was very well priced. Chester city centre is a 5 minute walk which is ideal and if you walk along the canal path there’s a great pub 3 minutes away called the Harkers Arms. We enjoyed the hotel that much we have already booked for New Year’s Eve this year and we can recommend this hotel highly. Also our room was cleaned every day with the towels replaced every day, all together we had a fantastic 3 nights and the staff were first class."

"This was a one night stay on New Year’s Eve. As anticipated with this brand everything was up to standard. No complaints with the hotel or staff. Only negative point was the car parking charge of £13 and no public/shuttle service to the airport. Taxi would have been £30 round trip, without a car. Both above points are outside the hotels control. Otherwise very enjoyable."

"One of the best hotels I've chosen on my travels around Europe. Great food - breakfast and dinner!! The staff are all great. The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. Nice shower. Artistic decor, big drapes and windows. Located next to Manchester airport, walkable but you have to cross roads and there aren't much sidewalks. "
