"Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !"

"This is a terrible place for a person expecting a good nights sleep in a clean environment. I ended up staying in what felt a converted shed. It was cold and damp. The bedding felt wet to sleep in as it was so damp. I ended up sleeping in my t-shirt i was so cold. The pillows where brown and dirty. The carpet had not been hovered. It would have been helpful we’d been advised that there was an engagement party & live band playing that night as we were staying as we were running the Delamere Forest Marathon the next morning and hoping for an early night as we had an early start.
