"Originally booked a suite but that was on the 4th floor. As there was no elevator, we had to change to a smaller room on the second floor. Unfortunately, you do not get a refund for this. The room was nice with a view of Santa Catarina street and the Santa Catarina pedestrian area. The staff do help you carry your luggage but there are a lot of stairs. There is no restaurant in the hotel so you order breakfast and they deliver it to you, on a cart, in the morning. "

"This hotel is in middle of the city which is great if you want to walk around and eveything was easy to get to. Getting a taxi is easy or bolt like uber is very friendly. The staff is super nice and friendly the breakfast was serviced with so much care. We enjoyed that alot. But the bed is hard mattresses that was very uncomfortable for us. The room we selected was garden facing but no view of the garden that was disappointing. The sofa bed was also not very comfortable. "

"This apartment was very clean, gorgeous views of the city and great location. My friend and I stayed in the penthouse suite which was more than we needed but really nice to have the extra space with a view. Check in and communication was great- when I asked for extra pillows and blankets they came quickly. The beds were pretty hard though, but still had good sleeps, it was nice and quiet. Note that the stairs to upper level within the apartment are steep and challenging with a suitcase....
