"Room was great, small by Canadian standards but met our needs. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was amazing. We were to board a ship close by and weren’t sure a cab would work out for several reasons. I was told if it didn’t they would walk the luggage down to ship for us! Couldn’t ask for more"

"Na Travessa is in a perfect location and easy walking distance to most attractions. The rooms are compact but very comfortable and in impeccable condition. Mariana and Joana were extremely helpful and informative. The breakfasts were delicious."

"had a fantastic stay in Porto! The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore. The breakfast each morning was delicious, offering a great variety to start the day. My room was charming, with beautiful touches and direct access to a lovely garden — a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. A special shout-out to Emilio, the concierge, who was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Porto!"

"My concerns were about the arrival process. I booked this on the train from Lisbon arriving at 2:45 pm. So I didn’t get check in details until after I arrived, so if you don’t have data you are SOL as reception closes at 3 pm ( Get that , check in at 3 ,doors shut tight at 3) I tried to call from the train and train station upon arrival but no answer. "Beautiful apartment, though some issues with check-in as we arrived late and found the apartment, but check-in place is 2 blocks away. There have been some similar reviews indicating check-in confusion, but we still fell into the same hole. I believe the real issue is the apartment still use the old style locks, both for the main door and apartment door. So so they have to hand in the keys to you, and that’s why they offer 24 hour check-in. If they can modernize the locks with the digital ones,...

"Everything was wonderful. Couple of suggestions- Provide drinking water, at least 1 bottle every day. All other hotels in Portugal did.its given the first day and stopped. Have some lighting outside the hotel entrance at the road level. It looks dark and hard to find for uber when it’s dark. "

"Best place we have stayed in Portugal! This was a super convenient place to stay. We were able to walk everywhere. Lots of cafes and cool spots to eat, sit and drink. The facility was awesome, the rooftop is great. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We had a great time! "

"We had an early flight so stay right by the airport and this worked perfectly. The room was comfortable and quiet. They arranged a taxi for us at check-in to the airport which was greatly appreciated. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. "
