Karla and Daniel always went out of their ways to provide my fiancé and I as much assistance as they can. They always went above and beyond. "The location is conveniently about ten mins from SJO airport. We stayed here for a quick one night upon arriving and again before leaving.The lobby is beautiful and there is a cute gift shop, two restaurants and a casino. I would stay here again because of how welcoming, kind and accommodating the staff are and the proximity to the airport. "

"The staff are exceptional and friendly. Service was prompt and courteous. The facilities are in need of some updates as some of the fixtures show their age and wear (paint/caulk, etc), mainly in the bathroom. The rooms were comfortable but a bit dated as well. We did love our stay! "
