"Beautiful property, great food, very clean and staff very helpful. Make sure you book dinner reservations well in advance. Kayaks need reservations too. It was week worth the extra fee to have park access with shuttles at no addt fee. I feel like i stayed at a great resort and did not have the hassle if third party tour guides to the park. I could comr and go as i pleased. Also, the hardest part was deciding to go to parks or stay in resort, both were beautiful, clean and fun. "

"We spent 4 days with my wife and two kids, the hotel has all the possible activities for the family: beach, pool, water slides and have a great indoor facility with bowling, trampolines and others. "Loved absolutely everything! Especially the beach area, it may be very rocky, but the water was one of the most beautiful! The only thing that is horrible it was their way of reserving restaurants. And they don’t help you at all if you don’t get in. It’s literally a lottery. We didnt like the Mexican or the Italian restaurant that much, but the Grill was amazing. "I really enjoyed my stay at the Intercontinental Presidente in Cozumel. Amazing beach with a reef that was as active as others around the island. The food onsite was stellar and the access to town was quick. My room was spacious and very comfortable. Wish I never left! "

"I have stayed at a Riu in the past and had a great experience, and this was the same case. There were just a few things that I wasn’t the biggest fan of. The first is how difficult it was the get the temperature right in the shower, next is there was no shampoo and conditioner, only a hair and body wash combo. We were not the biggest fans of the specialty restaurants but loved the buffet!! Overall we had a great time, just a few things I wish I know about prior to going! "

"Beautiful small resort though kind of a maze getting around. Cute rooms, good food,great staff!!! I was stung by a jelly fish and staff cleaned my blisters every night - Entertainment was really good and the entertainment manager, who's name unfortunately escapes me :-( was AWESOME!!! If you smoke there are designated areas only and STRICTLY enforced. Lots of animal interaction, coatis, wild pigs, cats (which they have a nice sanctuary for) flamingos, iguanas. Nice pools. We would love to go back. Thank you :-)"

"We had a great time and would definitely return. The rooms are small but clean. We had some water dripping in from what I assume was the AC unit. We didn't make an issue of it, because we didn't want to mess around with changing rooms. The restaurants are hard to get reservations to, but we got a reservation to the Oriental restaurant and it was great. The rest of the time we ate the buffet which always had something we liked. The staff was great, drinks were easy to get. The beach area was beautiful and we spent most of our time there. Great resort to go to especially for families. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. I was a little nervous from some of the reviews, but our room was amazing. We did the junior suite ocean view. Our room ended up having a leak and they switched our rooms and both rooms were great. The food was pretty good. We loved our excursions and especially our one with Tiger in Cozumel. Definitely ask about it, if you go. This resort is a little outdated in some places, but it was relaxing and overall a great time. "
